Ghor Al-Mazra’a:
Ghor Al-Mazra’a is an area developed by an initiative called “Zikra” based on exchanging stories and knowledge with a local community. Zikra believes that dealing with people who lived a tough life almost guarantees an absolute mind blowing and energy releasing experience for the tourist through seeing that the host in this case is the teacher who is going to provide us with all his life experience that will change ours forever.
We at Plaza Tours also believe that visiting Ghor Al-Mazra’a residents, a combination between the peaceful, wild life and the different experiences that can be lived in these few hours, a peaceful yet ideas-filled mind is almost a guarantee.
We start the journey with a visit to Zikra headquarters for about 1 hour where we will understand the mechanism of their work and how our visit will go on.
Next step is going into the fields to work with the locals in hand-picking the fresh ingredients for lunch in an out of body experience powered by the fresh, mineral-filled air from the Dead Sea to end up in a beautiful Jordanian style home cooking your lunch by yourself so you can taste not just the flavourful dish, but also be surprised by what your own creativity can do.
