ITINERARY :
Day 1: Arrive Srinagar - Sonmarg
You will be met on arrival at Srinagar airport and straightway drive to Sonmarg (Known As Meadow of Gold), reach Sonmarg hotel by evening. O/N Sonmarg. (Dinner)
Day 02: Sonmarg - Kargil
In morning drive to Kargil Enroute Drass which has become famous as the second coldest inhabited place in the world by virtue of the intense cold that descends upon the valley along with repeated snowfall during winter. Winter temperature is sometimes known to plummet to less than 40 degree Celsius. Have a magnificent view of Kargil war Famous Peaks (Tiger Hill, Tololing) & visit Vijay Smarak and pay your tribute to soldiers who laid their lives for us in Kargil War in 1999, reach Kargil hotel by evening. O/N Kargil (Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner)
Day 3: Kargil – Ule – Leh (9 Hrs – 230 Kms)
Morning after Breakfast leave for Ule, enroute visit Mulbek it is a huge Chamba statue, an image of a future Buddha, cutting to the rock face beside the road. It's one of the most interesting stops along the road, after that visit Lamayuru monastery (Founded in the 10th Century it’s the Oldest Monastery in Central Ladakh) later have a magnificent view of spectacular Moonlandscape. leave for Leh enroute visit Alchi Monastery, Nimo , Sangam of Zanskar and Indus River, Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Lunch at Hotel in Leh.Evening free time at Leisure.(Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner)
Day 4: Leh local sightseeing
After breakfast visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery & Stok Palace Museum. Post lunch at the hotel, visit Shanti Stupa, SankarGompa&LehPalace and then explore the local markets. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight.(Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner)
Day-5: Leh – Nubra Valley (6 Hrs - 160 Km)
After early breakfast drive for Nubra Valley at early as possible, from Leh enroute through the Khardong La. Reach Diskit by noon and check in at the hotel/camp. Evening visit Diskit Monastery, and Sand dunes in Hunder Village 7km from Diskit and take a ride of Double Humped bacterian Camels. Dinner and overnight at hotel/camp.(Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner)
Day 6: Nubra Valley – Turtuk – Nubra Valley
After Breakfast today we start our journey to Turtuk from Nubraapprox 03 Hrs drive and it’s the last Indian village on India - Pakistan border - Turtuk. Arrive Turtuk by afternoon visit the local village and later come back from same route visiting Sumur Monastery. Dinner and overnight at hotel/camp.(Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner)
Day-7: Nubra Valley - Pangong Lake(7.5 Hrs - 274Km)
After breakfast drive to to Pangong Lake (located on the Indo-China Border). After sightseeing around the lake rest for the day in tent accommodation. Dinner and overnight at camp.(Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner)
Day 8: Pangong to Leh (5.5hrs -223kms)
After breakfast drive back to Leh and rest for the day.((Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner)
Day 9: Departure Leh
Leave on time for Leh airport to board your flight back home with sweet memories.(Breakfast)
