The holy centre of Sharada Devi is at Tumbarav, in Chiplun Taluka of Ratnagiri District. Tumbarav village is 12 kilometres away from the Sawarde which is on the Mumbai-Goa highway and The Sharada Devi temple is another 4 kilometres away from there.
Placed in an extremely beautiful surrounding. After the third day of Navaratri, the celebrations for Sharadotsav festival begins in this temple. Devotees from different parts of Ratnagiri enthusiastically take part in this celebration. This temple of Sharada Devi is very beautiful.
