TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Cost includes Airfare, railway fare, bus fare, food, stay & trekking fee. If in any programme it is not included in cost; it will be mentioned in programme's Tariff.

• Railway, Airline or Bus ticketing is not our business. We are doing it as ‘Value Added '. In case of fluctuation in Air/bus/train charges then the same shall be borne by the participant as an additional cost.

                                                  
• Cost Excludes: (If not specifically mentioned in given package)

           Insurance cover.
           Personal porterage.
           Additional meals that are not included in trip cost.
           Mineral water or beverages.

• Entrance fee for National Park, sanctuaries reserve forest panchayat forest shooting and filming that will directly be paid by the individual participant to the concerning as per the Govt. norms.

• If due to natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, if the programmed has to be cancelled or the route is required to be modified then it will be done at extra cost as per direction of the Leader.

• HIMASHREE TREKS & TOURS reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone or cancel any of the programmed, without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Under circumstances of cancellation charges balance will be refunded by cheque, but no compensation will be payable.

• If the participant requests to cancel the tour in writing, the money refundable will be as follows:

A) Before 15 Days of tour     :         No refund

B) Before 21 Days of tour     :         25% refund

C) Before 30 Days of tour     :         50% refund

D) Before 45 Days of tour     :         Full refund

No money is refundable if the programmed is cancelled on customer’s request within last 15 days of the scheduled departure or in case of ‘No Show’ on the date of departure. Legitimate refund of money due to the passenger will be made only after the tour date.

• All baggage and personal belonging of the participant are his/her responsibility.

• The HIMASHREE TREKS & TOURS shall not be responsible and /or liable for any damage or loss caused to the tour participant due to reasons beyond the control of the HIMASHREE TREKS & TOURS.

• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited during tour.

• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, and vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc are excluded.

• If the participant misbehaves in a manner causing inconvenience or annoyance to any other participants or causes damage to the property, then he/she will be asked to leave the programmed immediately and the Leader have been authorized to do so. There will not be any compensation whatsoever in such cases.

• We are just organizers. We do not have control over Railways, Hotel, Transport or any other facilities, which are being provided by the third party. We are not responsible for the delay or deficiency in the services provided by such other agencies.

• On receiving request from the participant, to travel by higher class of railway or air, HIMASHREE TREKS & TOURS will do its best to arrange the same. But if the HIMASHREE TREKS & TOURS cannot fulfill the request, the tour participant will have to travel, as per the ticket arranged, according to initial request. Non –availability of higher class cannot be a reason to cancel the tour.

• Because of the computerization of ticket booking at Indian Railways, the births / Seats one reserved cannot be changed. Participants have to travel by the same berth/Seat as mentioned in the ticket issued by Indian Railways.

•If the participant is travelling by air / train before or later the tour schedule of the HIMASHREE TREKS & TOURS, all the expenses towards food and accommodation shall be borne by the tour participant. Also if the tour participant is travelling by air / train on the ticket / schedule not arranged by HIMASHREE TREKS & TOURS, than it will be sole responsibility of the tour participant to join the group at the right time and place.

• If there are fewer participants in a group, then the road journey will be done by Sumo / Qualis /Traveller.

• The HIMASHREE TREKS & TOURS may arrange shooting during tours (still / video). The tour participants would have no objection to the shot material being used as publicity material by the HIMASHREE TREKS & TOURS.
